Beldi glass
The word Beldi in Morocco conveys the idea of traditional, natural and rural all in one, it can also mean handmade and local as this is a concept, not a translation per se.
The quintessential moroccan tea glass was produced in Marrakech until 2013 when the factory closed, but another entity jumped it saving the craft and 60 jobs.
Beldi glass is hand-blown with recycled glass with the same old techniques as they used to use, you'll see changes in shape, bubbles and some other small details that give away their artisanal nature.
