In El Consulado we strive to find the singularity in traditional objects and when we saw Jorge&Maria's work we scheduled a flight to the Aveiro region in Portugal. They make an incredible work collecting antique painted pieces that were used in common folks houses and reproduce them in order to preserve and catalogue them. The possibilities are endless when it comes to colours and patterns and the best part is they don't need to match, the fun part here is to create your own set.
