Great ceramic reproduction of a persimmon or a kaki fruit handmade in Spain. Our artisan makes these great reproductions with portuguese white clay and then paints them, he grows his own vegetables and makes casts of them, he really has an eye for colour and glazing, resulting in very realistic vegetables and fruits.

This is a 100% handmade ceramic persimmon made in his atelier near Sevilla. This type of piece has different colour hues trying to mimic the original ones, all pieces are hollow and many of them have a hole.

These are handmade pieces so each one is unique, changes in color, hues, textures and shapes can vary.

Care instructions

All our pieces are 100% merino or 100% lambswool with no other fibres.
Please wash carefully in mild water with a splash of ammonia or using the wool cycle of your washing machine. Never tumble dry. Wool is self cleaning, just shake it periodically and place outisde on a sunny day, you can also brush to get that new look again.
To keep it away from moths, place in a plastic bag, and close tightly. If you are in Spain and wish to give your blanket an thoroughly cleaning and brushing by the same people who wave these, please let us know so we can arrange it.
