Minimalist white clay earthenware candle holder - made in Spain

This is a minimalist white clay candleholder which has a strong minimalist Mediterranean character. Made with local white clay each piece is handmade and is unique, you will find marks and imperfections, traces of manual work are perceptible in each piece. Measurements and colors are illustrative and can change during manufacture. This earthenware candleholder has a traditional yet very modern and nordic look to it. As it is unglazed and has open pores you can draw and paint over it, but beware, once done you cannot undo it! It would be amazing as a permanent decoration in your home or as a centerpiece for your neutral Christmas table. Alfareria La Navà is still managed by the same family who started the business three centuries ago, we are talking about the 8th generation of potters in this village of Agost in Valencia. Their lines are pure and they love to mix antique designs and reinvent them giving them a twist, they have an amazing ethic work. Also while we like to credit all our artisans most of our objects come unsigned but their company policy is to sign each of the objects they produce, you will see it on the bottom of these candlesticks.
